The FlexyPlant is an air and aluminum and/or steel frame supported fabric covered structure consisting of a ceiling and roof of woven polyolefin film forming a pressurized air inflated pillow attached at its perimeter to an extruded aluminum frame which is supported by aluminum columns. The ceiling is supported by polyester webbing straps spanning the width of the structure between the support columns. The top of these columns are attached by webbing straps over the roof with each end attached to the perimeter foundation. Air flow through the structure is controlled by a patented system of fabric curtains that roll up between the perimeter foundation and the tops of the columns. The structures are self cooling, utilizing convection and airfoil principles to economically move cool air through the structure without energy costs. Cold season heat gain and retention is excellent due to the light entry and insulating features of the inflated polyolefin fabric.
